At the venue
The Calgary Petroleum Club Devonian Room accommodates accessible seating and service routes. Accessible seating is arranged as part of the floor plan for 60 to 80 guests with clear sightlines.
At registration
Dietary requirements and accessibility requirements are collected during registration. Share your needs and the team will follow up to ensure accommodations are in place.

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA wherever possible: strong colour contrast, visible keyboard focus, proper heading hierarchy, descriptive form labels, accessible error messages, alternative text, reduced-motion support, and large touch targets. It is tested at 360 px mobile, 768 px tablet, and 1440 px desktop.
