The Brain Health Alberta Summit 2026 collects information for the purpose of reviewing registration and sponsorship requests and delivering the event.
Information we collect
Registration requests collect name, professional title, organization, email, telephone (optional), sector, location, dietary and accessibility requirements, invited-by, topics of interest, networking preferences, and consent records. Sponsorship applications collect organization and contact details, contribution and recognition information, and uploaded logo files.
How we use it
To review and process requests, plan seating and hospitality, support networking and follow-up, produce the Summit Impact Report, and communicate about the event. Identifiable attendee information is not publicly displayed unless each person has explicitly opted in.
Sponsorship and data independence
Sponsorship does not provide access to attendee information. The Summit is not owned or controlled by a single sponsor.
Photography
Your photography consent preference is collected during registration and respected. An approved photographer or designated photography plan will be in place.
Data storage
Information is stored securely on the platform's database and private file storage. Logo files are stored securely and shared with the Summit team via private links — never embedded in emails.
